Analysis skills are also vital for IT professionals. These skills require proper training in specific areas, including critical thinking, communications writing, virtualization and statistics.

Innovation includes a broad range of skills, including applied research, product evaluation, problem solving and creating new ideas. Companies are looking at innovation for a distinct advantage in an ever-changing technology market.
